During the summer months, we also source high-quality cauliflower from high-altitude regions like Ooty and Himachal Pradesh to ensure year-round availability for our global clients.
For strict markets like the EU and UK, we perform comprehensive pesticide Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) testing and heavy metal analysis in APEDA-authorized labs. Every consignment is accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate from the NPPO to guarantee a pest-free product.
Cauliflowers are packed in 7kg to 12kg corrugated fiberboard (CFB) boxes with protective foam or paper lining to prevent bruising. We maintain a strict cold chain at 0-2°C throughout the transit in refrigerated (reefer) containers to preserve the white curd color and freshness.
